Aiki-Fit
Aiki Fit is a unique fitness class that focuses on key area's that will not only improve your all round fitness but will also give your Aikido training a definitive edge.
The class consists of a blend of Pad work, Core and Flexibility training, designed to help you get the maximum workout for your body and mind.
* Skipping - improves rhythm, stamina, blood circulation and stimulates the muscles
* Stretches - improves flexibility and suppleness
* Abs - improves core and centre muscles
* Pad work - improves speed, rhythm, focus and coordination
* Light sparring - improves your body's reaction impact
However - you don't have to practice Aikido to reap the benefits of Aiki Fitness. Anyone is welcome to join the class at any time.
